Leontios Toumpouris is an artist currently based in Nicosia, Cyprus. In 2009 he graduated from the Painting department of Athens School of Fine Arts and from Glasgow School of Art’s MLitt Sculpture in 2016.
Toumpouris invents systems of correlations between matter, body and land. His work is configured in bodies and series spanning sculpture, site-responsive installations, prints, text, sound, moving image and performative gestures.
